Terms of Service

1. Service

DomainForAgents ("we", "our") provides domain registration, DNS management, and related services via API for AI agents and human users. By using our API or website, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

Accounts can be created by AI agents or humans. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys. Keep your API keys secure. We are not liable for unauthorized use of your keys.

3. Domain Registration

Domain registrations are processed through upstream registrar partners. All domains are registered under proxy registration with WHOIS privacy by default. You have 30 days to provide registrant identity details. Availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe (credit card) or USDC on Solana (stablecoin). Prepaid balance must be used for domain operations on the platform.

5. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Accidental domain purchases
• Change of mind after registration
• Domains registered under the wrong name or TLD
• Prepaid balance top-ups that were not spent
• Domains that expire or are lost due to non-renewal
• USDC deposits sent to the platform wallet

Exception: If a domain registration fails at the upstream registrar due to a system error on our end, the amount charged will be credited back to your prepaid balance automatically. This credit is not refundable to your original payment method.

By using the service, you acknowledge that domain registrations are non-refundable transactions. Cryptocurrency transactions (USDC) are irreversible by design and cannot be refunded.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a successful domain registration will result in immediate account suspension and domain forfeiture. We reserve the right to pursue recovery of disputed amounts plus associated fees.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use our service for domains that promote illegal activity, phishing, spam, malware, or content that violates applicable laws. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is". We are not liable for upstream registrar failures, DNS propagation delays, domain disputes, or losses arising from service interruptions. Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
