DomainForAgents is designed for legitimate domain registration by AI agents and developers. The following uses are prohibited:
Prohibited Activities
- Phishing or fraud -- registering domains to impersonate other organizations or individuals
- Malware distribution -- hosting or distributing malicious software
- Spam -- bulk unsolicited communications from registered domains
- Domain squatting -- mass-registering domains with the sole intent of resale at inflated prices
- Trademark infringement -- registering domains that infringe on trademarks you don't own
- API abuse -- automated searches or requests designed to overload the system
- Illegal content -- any activity that violates applicable laws
Rate Limits
API requests are rate-limited to prevent abuse. Excessive automated usage that degrades service for other users may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Enforcement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Domains registered in violation may be suspended or transferred to the rightful owner per ICANN dispute resolution processes.
